Every purchaser is systematically advises about the present general conditions of sale of the society Azimut Junior to allow him to place order.
Consequently, fact to place order implicates whole membership and unconditionally of the purchaser on these general conditions of sale. Any opposite condition put down by the purchaser will be therefore, failing express approval, inopposable to the seller whoever is the instant when she will have been able to be brought to his attention.
The fact that the seller does not boast at some point the one any of the present general conditions of sale, cannot be interpreted as being worth renunciation to boast the one later any of aforementioned conditions
Article 1 : Security of data
Azimut Junior guarantees that the personal data transmitted during the use of its site by the purchaser will not be either announced or given up in thirds.
Article 2 : Products
Azimut Junior introduces products on its Internet site to be so sold as their detailed descriptions allowing to the potential purchaser to know before the catch of final order the essential characteristics of the products which he likes to buy. The offers introduced by Azimut Junior are valid only within the limits of the available supplies. Azimut Junior saves right to change the assortment of products, their delays of availability and their prices, according to pressures imposed by the purveyors and/or producers and to inform the purchaser about it. The offered products comply with Swiss legislation in force and with European norms. Photographs, texts, styles of drawing, information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the introduced products are not contractual and do not hire the responsibility of Azimut Junior in case of modification of aforementioned characteristics by the purveyors and/or producers.
Article 3 : Price
The prices of products introduced on the site are pointed out in Swiss francs (CHF) or in euros, all taxes included, but except participation at the expense of logistical preparation and at expedition invoiced in supplement and pointed out before the final validation of the order form. (see art. 10 Delivery).
Prices take into account of applicable VAT in the day of order and any change of the applicable rate VAT will automatically be reverberated on the price of the products of the online store.
The payment of the entirety of price must be accomplished during order, and at any rate before the delivery of the ordered articles. At no instant, poured sums will be able to be considered to be deposits or down payments.
Article 4 : Transfer of ownership
Azimut Junior keeps the full and whole ownership of products sold up to perfect collection of all sums owed by the purchaser as part of its order, expenses and taxes were consisted of.
Article 5 : Catch of order
Information enunciated by the purchaser, during the catch of order hires this one: in case of error in the wording of the coordinates of the addressee, the seller would not know how to be kept representative for the impossibility in which he could be to deliver the product.
The purchaser must be major. The consent of the lawful representative is requested for the miners. The persons under tutelage have to request the consent of their guardian or protecting authority.

Azimut Junior saves right to refuse to perform a delivery or to honour an order emanating from a purchaser who would not completely have regulated an order or with whom a litigation would be under way; in that case, no indemnification is possible for the purchaser.
Article 6 : Proof of transaction
Computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the society Azimut Junior in reasonable conditions of security, will be considered to be the proof of communications, orders and payments intervened between parties. The archiving of order forms and bills is performed on a lasting and dependable support that can be produced as proof.
Article 7 : Confirmation of order
Contractual information will make the object of a confirmation by mail, at the latest at the time of delivery or, in defect, in the address pointed out by the consumer within the order form.
Article 8 : Availability of products
At the time of placing his order, the purchaser can prove directly on the site of availability, or not, of or products which he likes to order. In case of availability, the ordered goods will be delivered within 2 - 5 open days (for the Switzerland) and from 3 to 7 days (for France), as from the day when the purchaser placed his order.
In case of interim unavailability of an ordered product (Ongoing replenishment), the purchaser can really order the article being discussed, but this last will be sent to him from new availability. The following message will then be shown at the time of its order in the Basket : Marked products ** are not available in the required quantity. You can buy it. They will be delivered as soon as available.
In case of final unavailability of the ordered product, notably due to our purveyors, the purchaser will informed about it at the earliest and will have the possibility of cancelling his order. The purchaser will have the choice then to ask, either for the refund of sums poured in the 30 days at the latest from the date of the remittance, that is the exchange of the product, or an instalment on a next order.
Article 9 : Methods of payment
To regulate his order, the purchaser has in his choice of all the methods of payment offered within the order form, is:
- by Postcard (Switzerland) : the sum of order will be debited after check on the supply and cashed from the dispatch of order;
- by credit card Visa or Mastercard: the sum of order will be debited after check on the supply and cashed from the dispatch of order;
- cashless banking (E-banking) or mail prior (payment beforehand). In the case of an e-banking or mail transfer, ask us for the coordinates of our bank account.
In both cases of transfer, your payment is recorded in general from the following day or, at the latest under 48 hours (working days). The goods will be sent to you on receiving of your payment.
The purchaser guarantees in Azimut Junior that he has necessary approvals to use the method of payment chosen by itself, during the validation of the order form. Azimut Junior saves right to suspend any management of order and any delivery in case of refusal of approval of payment by bank card on behalf of officially accredited organisms or in case of non payment of order.
Article 10 : Delivery
ATTENTION :
We do not assure delivery for other countries than the Switzerland, Liechtenstein and underground France.
Delivery is performed in Switzerland or France, at the address pointed out by the purchaser on the order form, either by post, or by Conveyor DPD. The fixed rate of delivery of every order is fixed to CHF 9,50. Overtakings of delivery time cannot give rise to damages. Fire, strikes, accidents and impossibility of being supplied are considered to be case of force majeure unloading the seller of its obligation to deliver. The seller will keep posted the purchaser at the appropriate time about cases or about events above listed. In any hypothesis, the delivery for the delays can intervene only if the purchaser is in day of his obligations towards the seller.
- Delivery by post : Any package, baby or means, is sent by post against signature. This service delivers in 48 hours in all Switzerland and gives you the possibility to recover products ordered in the closest post office of the address of delivery, in case of absence during the passage of the mailman. If you are away the day of delivery, the mailman will leave a calling card in your post box, which will allow you to withdraw your package within 15 days. Post office gives a dependable service. Nevertheless, it is able, as in any expedition, that he can be late of delivery there or that the package gets lost. In case of delay of delivery mattering in comparison with date envisaged in the confirmation of order, we ask you to signal us this delay by e-mail exclusively. We shall contact Post office then to start up an inquiry. A mail inquiry can last until 21 days as from the date of the beginning of the inquiry. If during this delay, the product is found, it will be ré - routed immediately in your domicile (the majority of cases). If on the other hand the product is not found at the end of the delay of 21 days of inquiry, Post office considers the package as lost. It is only at this instant when we shall be able to return you a product of replacement, to our expenses.
Si one or several ordered products were not available any more at that time, we would reimburse you the sum of the concerned products. We decline any responsibility as for the lengthening of delivery time due to the conveyor, notably in case of loss of products or any incident.
- Delivery by DPD : To reduce at the farthest expenses of delivery, all products of medium or weak blockage, can be sent by DPD, but exclusively at a professional address, for instance on your workplace. In effect, the society of transport DPD delivers only during the hours of office and, contrary to Post office, has a service of recovery of the package not delivered. By providing your professional address, you will accept your package in principle in 24 hours.

In this case, do not forget to consult the timetables of opening of the store ; the simplest is to contact us by telephone in anticipation to agree of one hour on abduction.
Article 11 : Reception
11.1. Reservations of usage purchaser has legal and contractual obligation to prove the physical state as well as contents of or of package in delivery, in the presence of the deliveryman. Any claim reached except delay will be definitely rejected without possibility of appeal for the purchaser.
11.2. The purchaser will besides have to formulate to Service Customers d' Azimut juniors, in the two ouvrés days according to the date of the reception of package, any claim of error of possible delivery and/or nonconformity of products in kind or in quality in comparison with indications appearing on the order form. Any claim formulated beyond this delay will be rejected without possibility of appeal for the purchaser.
Article 12 : Returns - Modalities
Products benefit, under conditions, from a right back from 7 days from the date of reception. In that case, expenses of harbour are supported by the purchaser. Sum will be carried in count (no refund cash) in the 5 days after reception of the controlled goods.
Conditions for the getting of right back:
- Any return of the goods will have to be signalled to Service Customers of Azimut Junior in anticipation.
- Alone returns in the conditions of the packing of origin, with rooms, attachments and notice, accompanied with a copy of the bill, will make the object of a catch in load by Azimut Junior.
- All damaged, harmed, incomplete turned articles, or mucked up by the purchaser will not be taken back.
Books are not either taken back, or exchanged, except if they are faulty.

Article 13 : Lawful Guarantee
Azimut Junior guarantees the consumer, as hidden vices that can affect the delivered products, as part of a replacement of the faulty products, or as rooms making them inappropriate to their usage, or their refund. The purchaser is specifically informed that the society Azimut Junior is not the producer of products introduced as part of the Internet site and that consequently, in case of damage caused to a person or to a good by a defect of the product, alone the responsibility of the producer of this one will be able to be searched, on the basis of information appearing on the packing of aforementioned product.
Article 14 : Modifications of general conditions of sale
Azimut Junior saves right to change its general conditions of sale. Any new version of these will be signalled on the Internet site beforehand.
Article 15 : Litigation
Claims or protests will always be accepted benevolently, the good creed being always presumed at the one who takes the trouble to display his problems apparently. As a result, in case of litigation the user will have to contact Azimut Junior first and foremost to acquire an amicable resolution.
